Discography

K. Sterling + 85 Silver Band Feel That Boom

  • This was my first project with an artist from the Driftless region of west Wisconsin. Kyle (K. Sterling) reached out to record his first ever single and I had a blast welcoming him into the recording process. What Kyle lacked in recording experience, he more than made up for with a passion for production and a powerful voice. If he hadn’t told me he never recorded before, I wouldn’t have believed him. By the time we got to the vocal session he was belting out chorus’s and staring down harmonies like a seasoned pro. I made a great new friend on this session and I really hope we start making more music soon.

Ian Elkerton-Chasing Winter

  • Ian is always a pleasure to work with. He has a very keen sense of what he’s looking for, and I find it inspiring to help him achieve his production goals. He self produced this latest single in his studio in Sacremento, and I came in at the end to help finalize with the mix and master. Thanks for being such an inspiring artist, Ian.

Jacob Adam-Dark Heart EP

  • Oh Jakey Boy…working with family isn’t always easy, but we had a blast creating this collection in my old studio. Jake is an intense dude when he gets hooked on an idea. His A.D.D, while debilitating at times haha, laser focuses him on art and production. We stretched our minds collaborating on this production, and I’m really proud of where we landed on these songs. This EP was inspired by some pretty trying times, but Jake had the opportunity to process his past and honor a friend who left us way too soon with the track “Ghost”. Love you buddy, looking forward to future projects.

Pam Tillis+Kory Caudill Christmas Time Is Here

  • This was one for the books! I’ve been working with Kory for who knows how long. We’ve tracked and mixed some great records together, and I always look forward to his projects. But this was the first time I had the opportunity to work with Pam on a few tracks, and man what a delight she is. Passionate, and feisty but sweet as can be, nothing gets past her. She records and produces like the seasoned veteran you’d expect her to be and I look forward to future endeavors. Thanks for letting me jump in on some mixing for this festive collaboration.

Word Smith + Kory Caudill Progressions Record

  • I’ll never forget making this record with these two inspiring artists. After the pandemic shut down a tour that was supposed to take place in the Summer/Fall to launch a new series called the Concert For The Human Family, these boys turned it around and decided to make a record. In the throes of lockdowns and Riots, Kory composed a collection of tracks that Wordsmith voiced his experience and truth on. We laughed and cried over bourbon and good vibes at the gorgeous Ivy Hall Studios, and in the end we found a deeper brotherhood in sharing our experiences. I’m thankful for these two gentlemen and look forward to future projects with them.
